We understand that this is an uncertain time for us all and so we wanted to let you know that the team at Positive Health are working tirelessly to get your order to you and help with any queries you may have.
With that it’s business as usual despite the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and as you’d expect from one of the country’s largest catalogue retailer we’ve put in place a raft of contingency plans to ensure our most valuable asset, you, receives the very best service over the coming weeks.
With so many of us relying on home delivery, here are some answers to our most commonly asked questions about home deliveries:
Q: Can I still place my Positive Health orders?
A: Yes - it’s business as usual! We’ve made a number of contingency plans with our staff to ensure catalogues go out, the customer service team are on hand to take orders and the warehouse team are shipping out orders daily.
Q: Am I at risk of catching the virus from handling a parcel? A: In short no – the BBC (March 2020) reports; "There is currently no evidence that you can catch coronavirus from parcels and letters or from food. Viruses like coronavirus cannot live for very long outside the body."
Q: If I’m asked to sign for my delivery, can I refuse?
A: We’ve asked our carrier to suspend the requirement for a signature on delivery so there’s no need to sign for your delivery.
Q: Do I have to open my door to receive my delivery?
A: When you place your order, specify a safe place where our courier can leave your delivery. At the same time if you can provide an email address or mobile number and we can alert you that your delivery is on its way.
