Orders are delivered by two carriers, Hermes and Royal Mail. If you have given us your email address at point of order, we will email you upon despatch along with a tracking number if your parcel has been sent via Hermes. If you paid for your order using a debit or credit card, it would not be charged until your order is despatched.

When placing your order, you will have been given an ETA based on the availability of your products. In stock orders will be despatched within 2 days and delivered within 5 working days. Anything that is Coming Soon will be despatched as soon as we are able to, with the ETA we have given you as a good guide for when you will likely receive it. We do ask that you allow up to seven working days from despatch to accommodate for unforeseeable circumstances. As long as you give us your email address at point order, we will be able to email you your ETA with the order confirmation, your despatch information when the order is despatched and any ETA changes if a delay does occur.

Remember, if you paid for your order using a debit or credit card, it would not be charged until your order is despatched. If you have been charged but have not received your order then it may have been delayed whilst in transit. To cancel your order or an item on your order, please call 0333 030 0777 or fill out our cancellation request form. Please note, orders or items can only be cancelled if they have not been despatched or are not going to be despatched imminently. In these cases, you will have to refuse delivery from your carrier or return the item(s) after receipt.
If you have received your parcel, and want to return one or more items in it, please do contact us. We do not offer free returns as standard but will try and make sure to advise you as clearly as we can as to your options. You will have a returns form in your parcel, this will include all our terms and conditions and will be required to be included with any return.
